    Hi iffybob

They were on page 1 but not sure how to link there so will post again (without overindulging in myself) .

Not sure if will work as con't remember how I actually did it. Click on thumbs to enlarge. Did those pics when I was 17/18. Havn't drawn for ages as OCD and problems stopped that but want to take up again very soon so don't have that much to show at mo.

    Cheers

They look great ... it is a skill making a bunch of lines portray an image , idea or emosion ...

.. I thinks a lot of us on here just want to get back to doing these things we enjoy doing ..

.. so how does the OCD affect you drawing .. ( you dont have to answer .. )

Well lots of ways - I used to draw in a very precise manor and am a bit afriad of that although those drawings above were quite free. Had a mojor thing where 'getting things out like paper, pencils' I woudl spend hours putting them back 'excatly in right place' so became to stressfull to even think about drawing or anything. Had contaminaiton fears, if I got ink or paint on my hands would have to spends up to hours washing hands afterwrads. Bit sad OCD as it can stop you doing the things that will make you feel better. Evil illness in that respect.

It was also gegenral state of mind "wait until I am better syndrom" and difficult to get to drawing classes etc. Now I know as mindfullness teaches you never wait for the 'right time' to do things (otherwise you'll never get anything done). Do the thing you want to do now (if you can). When you do it makes you feel more like a human being again. Thanks for compliments.

I can understand that ( about the OCD ) .. I can get nuetrotic about some things .. but its not an all the time thing with me ..

... like you say ... never a right time..

... I dont know how things work with you ... if you 'can' time table .. if you can can you do that .. set a side an hour or 2 each day ... or some days ... ?
